Street Strider

using streetstrider now at 7 miles a day during the week and 20- 30 miles a day during the week end, I have met and exceeded my goals. I am at 216 lbs and 21% body fat. I may go to 200, but I want to keep a healthy balance for my bone structure. I currently am at a 35 waist, which is a far cry from the 54 waist on Dec. 17th 2009. Ihave lost 125 lbs using the Streetstrider and a well planned low carb high protein diet with vitamins. I now am up to 1750 calories a day and 100 carbs, with an intake of 144 oz. of fluid / day to make up for water loss in this insatiable Texas heat in the afternoons when working out on the Streetstrider.
